Motorolz after recalibrating the battery, it now lasts long time. Otherwise you may need to start from rsd flashing and rooting. Yes same procedure for both, but please know, that some users are having issues with flashing lower roms after cm10, so try other mb255 first, then try cm I have it for a year, and faced many issues so, then decided to root it and and now the phone is too good!!!

You can buy them on ebay that is where I bought mine, it works good. Root it and install custom rom u will feel the diff.
